this company dug deeper and deeper into where im spending my money!! i gave them all necessary paperwork and proof of income.. they wanted to know when my cheques come why im transfering them !!! to other places.. my business!! they got way too personal!! every proof they needed i gave!! Let's see, first off, they don't tell you, if you refinance suddenly your loan goes up like 5 grand (which is fees and crap), so you are paying for crap you don't pay anywhere else.... then after having a loan for a few years, they change banks and now are claiming it's the bank's fault that suddenly payments are being taken on wrong days, and when you confront them and demand a letter with this all on, all of a sudden their Account Manager comes back with a "we have to speak to management about sending you a letter that "we... read more
