Terrible customer service .. promised call backs, long phone waiting...not product knowledgeable..poor customer service skills..my previous CPAP supplier was so much better than these folks..will submit a complaint to my sleep doctor along with advent health....going back using my old cpap machine which still works and has the correct fittings and doesn't whistle all night long.
Receiving dept was excellent. I will be back.
Starting a new career Monday. Excited management seemed nice. Big facility has handicapped entrances as well.
