They have repaired 4 appliances for us, and have always done a great job. Showed up on time, as scheduled, and completed to satisfaction.
Had a stove emergency over the holiday and didn’t think I would be able to get help until the first of the year. The ordered my part and the tech was here on New Year’s Eve at 9 am. My stove looks great and the service was amazing.
Great experience. During the first phone call they told me how much the service visit would cost, not including parts. On the morning of my appointment, they called at 8 am and gave me a 2 hour arrival window and then arrived on time. Accurate diagnosis was performed on the first visit, then after parts arrived the actual repair was done quickly. My refrigerator is working great. I appreciate the prompt friendly service.
