My mother Had a warranty repair through Lowe’s. Lowe’s sent this company out 3 times. The first time he came and was there for at most 10 minutes and said he ran a cleaner through the pipe. The issue is the washer wouldn’t cycle. Never tested it before he left, my mom asked was he going to test it. He said he do and everything was fine. He wouldn’t wait while she started it. The repair man was wonderful! He was very knowledgeable and polite! He always called before he came and was on time! I totally recommend him!
Tech came on Saturday, made an excuse and rushed out of the door did not finish the job said he would be back and insisted that I pay him in full. I thought I was going to get a receipt no he drove off in a hurry. I have other work it will not be with h them. Dishwasher install was completed by myself such a waste of money $290 for unboxing my new dishwasher.
AAR Appliance is very professional at there job. On time, fast and a great asset. They always call ahead and are on time which is imto find these days. Thanks Again AAR for the great job
