Very rude!
Called to inquire about DME equipment and was abruptly cut off within the first 3 seconds. This rep is unprofessional. It’s almost as if she was annoyed to be called about something work related while at work
Forced into using this service after buying in to CHIP due to my daughter's type 1 diabetes. They failed to send us monitors for 3 months and only resumed when the children's hospital recently reached out on my behalf. My first shipment after we got the error fixed contained 2 sensors and a suction baby bowl that wasn't intended for us at all. Most of person I’ve spoke to was nice. However lack of communication in between departments is definitely there and it delayed process so much. For 2 weeks Ive called many times and always was told either the person in charge is not in office / left early/ is taking a lunch break/ cant get hold of billing department etc etc and always they say that I will get a call back from them.
