Most of person I’ve spoke to was nice. However lack of communication in between departments is definitely there and it delayed process so much. For 2 weeks Ive called many times and always was told either the person in charge is not in office / left early/ is taking a lunch break/ cant get hold of billing department etc etc and always they say that I will get a call back from them.
