They told me I had to pay for parts before they ordered them and they would be in the next day. Friday was the next day and parts did not come in. Said it would be Monday and still no parts. They did come in on Tuesday. Come to find out that the heating element I had ordered at $175 was still good cause they tested it. They would not give me my money back because they had ordered the part and they would not return it unless I paid to do it.
