They failed to follow up on a repair that was required on the kitchen ceiling and I had to pay someone else to do the work.
They are family owned and do their work with pride and integrity. They do great work, precise, and their price is highly competitive. They followed through with their word and addressed my many concerns and questions before starting. They were very patient and took their time to do things right, but got the job done in a surprising timeframe. I really appreciate the experience and would use them again. Great customer service and communication. Impeccable workmanship!
Could be 4 stars, could be 5, but they would not fix issues in highly visible areas remaining after painting was completed, including brush streaks and missed spots. Not every job maybe perfect from the first time, but following up and fixing issues afterwards is what makes a job rated 4+. Also, make sure that you point out every dry wall damage you want to be fixed, because they will not fix them, unless you tell them to.
