I called this company 6 times over a two week period for service, I never received one call back. My last message stated "that if you are NOT interested, please call me back and tell me so". Still, no callbacks.
He arrived it my home on time and dressed nicely. Service was prompt and cost was extremely fair. The guy knew what he was doing. I would absolutely recommend him to a friend.
my hot water heater had stopped working. so i called a very popular nationwide plumbing service. once the repairman arrived. ( an hour late) he looked at the water heater and stated that it would cost around 1300 dollars for a new water heater, installation and parts. i then called A & Anderson Appliance repair. mr anderson arrived on time. and went right to work. within 5 minutes mr anderson found the problem, explained to me what the problem was.
