I would never give anybody a negetive review. But this was a different experience. I doubt I will ever be returning. I have been to this shop 2-3 times before for threading and thought she was decent. I went today and the lady simply could not be bothered in doing a proper clean job, the way she was threading was just painful. After she was done, my upper lip still had some hair so I asked her if she could look into it She got a bit annoyed but did it. I’ve been coming about once a month for the past 6 months and I’m always happy. She’s super sweet and often available even during off hours, which I really appreciate. Highly recommend.

Quick service and availability. Would rate 5 stars for that. The service provided itself I would rate 2 stars at best. I've been getting my brows threaded for years. I asked her to clean mine up. I wanted to ask her to fix but also since the job she did do was lacking I didn't want to provide her with the opportunity to mess things up so I bowed out gracefully and did my best to fix once I got home

I called looking for my 15 year old eyebrow groom for the first time. (After a debacle at Waxing the City do not go there) She said threading is best because there's no chemical reactions as opposed to waxing and no ripping off of skin like waxing. Great for sensitive skin. We were able to walk in no appointment. The salon was clean and welcoming. She was so friendly and efficient and made sure my daughter was comfortable. The results were amazing and affordable I will be coming back!
