I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but my experience with this business was frustrating enough that I felt compelled to share. I brought in a RYOBI leaf blower for a warranty repair. During the initial inspection, Aaron diagnosed the issue as a faulty battery and ordered a replacement. When the new battery arrived, he called to let me know the blower was ready for pickup. The gentleman that assisted me lacks communication skills may be special needs over the phone it sounded like my lawnmower could be looked at fairly quickly once I arrived they said it was a going to be a few weeks and just pointed at the front lawn Wich looked like a garage sale with all sorts of machines tagged weird
