I am so tired of trying to deal with these people. They go and make appts for you without your knowledge and when you need to switch it they never contact you back. This is the 4th time this year that this has happened to me even though I've asked repeatedly not to book appts without my consent and they still do. I have also called 5 times and left 5 messages over the past few weeks about changing this appt and no one called me back and my appt still hasn't been changed. So unprofessional there. Very positive experience. Great bedside manner, heart felt compassion, felt very comfortable with Dr.B. Actually can't wait to see him for my next surgery. Now how many people say that?
