On Wednesday November 19, I had a follow-up appointment at Luminis Health Breast Center Annapolis with Nurse Practitioner Victoria Shellem. This was my second visit with her and it felt like it was the first visit. She was disconnected from my concerns and questions and just seem to not show care at all. Do not use this place, it is an absolute death trap, our son died there!
Our son died in that facility. His roommate went to front desk to tell them his was breathing weird. Where were the medical staff doing rounds on the patients. Our son died there. Do not use this place if you want professional care use Komack treatment center. We lost our precious angel.
I was recently admitted to Pathways. Some of the staff were extremely rude and if you have insurance they try to keep you forever. I received an extremely large bill after I was discharged. The bill was padded and altered to say the least. They charged me $200 out of pocket a day on top of the amount my insurance company paid for my daily room and board. I asked them to explain why the bill was so high and they stated it was because they took my blood pressure daily and administered over the counter acid re-flux medication. ... read more
