During my appointment at this facility, I have the full attention of my therapist, in this case Laura Hoelzer. I appreciate that Laura and her team each have one patient at a time. She always has a well thought out plan for my appointment. She can be flexible according to my physical needs, but I never feel like I’m waiting for her to do the next thing.
