I worked with Renette. (Sorry if my spelling is wrong.) She was positive and professional during my first few sessions, but soon became impatient and condescending. During my last appointment, she abruptly stopped working with me and moved on to someone else. It was apparent that she had became frustrated. A different employee finished my session. I have no idea why she became so irritated. Perhaps she was having a bad day. I found her unprofessional and rude. I think she would benefit greatly from improving her people skill... read more
I have seen almost every therapist here and they have all been amazing. They are informative, professional, friendly and make physical therapy a fun experience. I’ve made really good progress since starting here and continue to get better and better. I’ve seen Nicole, Shelby, Don, and Shannon and I 10/10 recommend all of them!!
