My therapist was nice. Very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. I wasn't too pleased with the aesthetics. Equipment looked dated and not clean. I felt uncomfortable having my open wound (with bandages) on the unclean table. Happy that my therapist wore gloves to handle my wound.
Total waste of time and money(Copay). Therapist works 3 patients at once. Assistant starts you on bike for 5 minutes as a time killer. Then on to the exercises which I already did for the day. So that takes 20 minutes of the 30 minute appt. Then wait for therapist to make time for me. Only to ask same questions as last time. Could have done the same stuff with pdf from internet.
Kaitlin (Katie) Zurbruegg was my occupational therapist. She was fantastic! I was recovering from three hairline fractures in my wrist and severe arthritis in my right thumb. Katie consistently taught me exercises to do while educating me on the structure of the hand. This allowed me to fully understand the recovery methods she was employing.
