The therapist was very knowledgeable and friendly. She however does not have much availability. I am supposed to have therapy weekly, but could not get a follow up appointment until two weeks time. I think they need more therapists.
I scheduled the appointment for bilateral injections. Instead radiorraphs were taken and the provider spent less than 5 min speaking to me. I wouldn't have wasted gas coming if I'd known there was no tx. Yes they knew I scheduled injections. I suggested orthotics you'd think she would've being the doctor or NP just wasn't satisfied .
appointment time is on time. The staff is always right there to insure each movement is proper executed. Maintaining sanitized equipment and clear spaces to prevent accidents.
