Don't waste your time. Just go to Hopkins. Scheduled an appointment with Arash Farhadi and waited 3 months. He canceled our appointment and rescheduled 4 months later. Terrible practice. Do not go here!
Ignorant and rude reception / staff. Clearly I’m not the only one experiencing this
Been waiting months for my appointment only to be canceled less than a week prior. Unreal, and while crying on the phone they told me they won’t continue this conversation because I was being to loud which I’m sorry if my emotions were active because something I’ve been holding out hope for was just canceled. I got a referral to this practice from my PCP after an orthopedist did an EMG. I was told that they don't address pain issues. A neurology practice that doesn't address pain? What, exactly, are they for? Absolutely unacceptable.
This review is regarding the wait time. I scheduled my original appointment at start of September. Couldn’t get an appointment until late November at the earliest. I think ok; all the Neuro’s are backed up. A week before the November appointment they call, informing me that actually, dr. Patel wouldn’t be in the office that day. I’m a bit peeved that they scheduled me on a day he wouldn’t be in, but fine. Next soonest is mid February. Come the day before that appointment, they call me again.
