Dr. Dunlap is wonderful. He is by far the best neurologist in the area. Wonderful bedside manners. Explain everything to you and ask me questions all the time of my treatment. Does not minimize what you’re feeling. Has so much knowledge and so above all treats me either respect and kindness. He takes his time does rush to finish and the best , always on time. Highly recommend him.
THIS PLACE IS SOOOOO UNPROFESSIONAL. This was the only place that I would get a neuro booking soon enough and I see why. The dr canceled my appt because they didn’t show up today. And instead of offering a squeeze in I am told I can reschedule for the next available appt which is 3 MONTHS LATER.
AVOID! They cancelled my appointment and more than doubled my waiting time (went from two months to five months) a week before my appointment. I called asking to be seen closer to my original appointment time because during the two months I had spent waiting my symptoms had gotten worse at an alarming rate. The receptionists were very dismissive and rude. I was told twice that the manager would give me a call back. Weeks later I never got a call back. I was also told that my appointment was rescheduled. A 1 isn't even a reasonable rating. Still waiting for EEG results done in October. PCP in the same network has requested results twice to no avail. Patient was told no dementia - no testing or evaluation done. Went to another neurology practice that immediately did a full suite of testing - diagnosis was vascular dementia and alzheimers.
