I got a referral to this practice from my PCP after an orthopedist did an EMG. I was told that they don't address pain issues. A neurology practice that doesn't address pain? What, exactly, are they for? Absolutely unacceptable.
This review is regarding the wait time. I scheduled my original appointment at start of September. Couldn’t get an appointment until late November at the earliest. I think ok; all the Neuro’s are backed up. A week before the November appointment they call, informing me that actually, dr. Patel wouldn’t be in the office that day. This is regarding their appointment line, not the practice. They use to have a young lady named "jay" working the phones who was incredibly kind and patient. The person they have on now is not professional at all and is incredibly rude. You need to find kinder people to represent your practice because if this was my first call, I would not choose you.
Front office staff, receptionists, and customer service are horrible. Rude, unprofessional, unhelpful.
Dr Dunlap is amazing, but the mountains you have to move to get a prescription issue resolved are insurmountable. My mom will be out of her medicine soon, and there is no escalation path other than continuing to send high priority messages. It's just awful that the people who are supposed to alleviate suffering are the ones causing it. I am beyond frustrated.
