Awful, wish I could give the place zero stars. I dropped off medication 4 days ago and was told it'll be ready 2 days ago. Came in today, and they said it still wasn't ready, and they didn't have the brand of medication since the time I dropped it off. You should be honest with your customers on timings cause some need their medication at critical times, and this negligence can cause serious health issues for many.
Today, I experienced something truly heartwarming. I want to express my gratitude to the two pharmacists who, despite being busy, kindly answered my questions and resolved my concerns. They were especially patient and understanding, even with my limited English skills, and I deeply appreciate their help.
