I had service work done a couple of months ago. I had them put in a transmission cooler and also do a full trans flush. Everthing was fine until I took a trip north for our move out of state. The transmission overheated on me on a Saturday evening with no shops to check it. I ended up having to stay two nights in a hotel to have it checked at a Toyota dealer when they opened on a Monday. I went to west St. Aamco because my transmission was acting up and immediately they said I need a new transmission. Of course I believed them. So I had them redo the transmission for over $3,000. I picked up my vehicle drove it out of there and it was doing the same thing. I called right away and said it was doing the same thing. I told them I would bring it back tomorrow. I got a call after that saying that I owe them more money because apparently they gave me the wrong bill so I had to pay more. I took it back the next day... read more
George and Ty are great!! They had my radiator issue diagnosed and replaced the same day. You need anything done on your vehicle be sure to see them because they will treat you like family
3rd time getting the 08 xterra transmission worked on at this place (all under warrenty from first visit after arguing) Clearly they wont do a full transmission flush to get ride of the old dirty fluid that mixed with the radiator fluid that keeps killing the transmission. Pure laziness to get money an not do the work the right way. Lawsuit is next.
