AS GOOD AS IT GETS! I do all my work on my van but when my transmission failed on me during a road trip from Alaska I luckily limped into Chris's AAMCO as my only option. These guys were respectful and honest right up front which is always my biggest worry with unknown mechanics. Couldn't be more thrilled with how they handled doing my rebuilt transmission and had me back on the road in a SUPER reasonable time frame. Thanks again!!!

This is long overdue, but back in February, my transmission went out so I couldn’t reverse on my 2014 Ford Focus Hatchback. Apparently my car has a weird transmission that’s not quite automatic and not quite manual. And for whatever reason, it wouldn’t accept a used transmission (Chris’ team tried two) and they ended up needing to order a remanufactured part to fix it, a part that would’ve cost an extra $800 from what we were quoted. Chris the manger/owner is professional and friendly and was able to guide me in what type of transmission upgrades I wanted. So pleased with my new transmission! I stopped by this shop to have the transmission checked out after having purchased and older 10972 classic car that had been stored for some time without any use.
