This is long overdue, but back in February, my transmission went out so I couldn’t reverse on my 2014 Ford Focus Hatchback. Apparently my car has a weird transmission that’s not quite automatic and not quite manual. And for whatever reason, it wouldn’t accept a used transmission (Chris’ team tried two) and they ended up needing to order a remanufactured part to fix it, a part that would’ve cost an extra $800 from what we were quoted. Chris the manger/owner is professional and friendly and was able to guide me in what type of transmission upgrades I wanted. So pleased with my new transmission! "Classic Expertise" Prompt, friendly, expert service. I stopped by this shop to have the transmission checked out after having purchased and older 10972 classic car that had been stored for some time without any use. The wonderful manager and his mechanic Mark, who possessed deep knowledge of the rather arcane automatic transmission in my vehicle solved my problem! Excellent experience. Thank you!
Chris and his team are the best! I can’t recommend this shop highly enough, my van had been stolen and they restored my faith in humanity, they were very kind thorough and professional, my van is back in my hands and i will always take it to this shop for repairs, spread the word! Best shop in town
