Scheduled with them full flush transmission fluid and new fluid as they said they got everything they need. They have done gravity flush only to the transmission and the shop manager told me that service is complete as per my request. I told him the tech did not do the full flush because I watched him. Honest and fair. It was such a great experience to be treated with respect. Everything went smoothly and the cost was more than fair. I would definitely recommend them.

My take, is that this company is honest. I came in wanting a transmission flush. They wanted to do a complementary inspection (which I admittedly was hesitant about -- can't trust people now-a-days!). I agreed and they indicated that I would need a repair in my transmission, that they encouraged me to go to a deal and see if it was under recall, but were reluctant to do it themselves saying it'd end up costing us 2000+$ for the repair (which when you google it is a super lengthy repair to get to).
