The team at the Beavercreek AAMCO is the best. They gave me a detailed assessment of my vehicle’s problem and discovered problems other mechanics missed. Super fast service !! They got me for diagnostics and an estimate the same day I called and did a complete brake job the next day. The price was very reasonable and the work came with a guarantee. Plus, everyone was friendly and easy to deal with. I’ll use this shop again!!
Bob is friendly honest. He was upfront with what he was doing and what all was going on . He was excellent on communication with. He was upfront with costs and making sure that there was no hidden costs or fees. He told a date and he was on top of it for every stage of getting my transmission done He had it completed 2days before the deadline he had given. Definitely recommend. Thank you Bob for great experience in a bad situation.
The guy that works the front was extremely rude and did not hold up to his word. The woman that worked there was extremely helpful and pleasant. I will never do business here due to the gentleman that was rude, dismissive and a liar.
Bob yelled at me on the phone because I did not want to pay $4-6k to get my vehicle fixed. He was beyond difficult and treated me poorly as soon as I said I was going to have it towed to a different location. I have been trying to keep the same car for as long as possible while I look at new cars; I have a specific budget and it just did not make sense to me to pay up to $6000 when my car is not worth much more than that. Bob needs anger management.
