Enzo handled my service request & Jeff called me when the car repair was done. They were both very professional & respectful with my vehicle concerns & worries. Bob kept in touch with status update & explained the transmission repair in detail. Very pleased with the staff & the work done on my car.
I took my truck to have service done, my first experience ever. Almost $4000 I paid this guys to fix my truck, they lied and did nothing to my truck it was worst when I picked it up, and also one of the technicians damaged my vehicle by knocking of my mirror off my truck. I took it it back several time and nothing was done just give you the run away and I call corporate office and they are so bad not doing anything to resolve the issue and giving me a hard time for a refund of not doing the job what they supposed of doing. They were very professional went over and beyond in today’s day and age. No one can afford a new vehicle. They save this one from the scrapyard And I am grateful
Great experience at AAMCO in South Plainfield. They kept me informed the entire time, took excellent care of my older car, and the service advisor Enzo was outstanding — professional, honest, and easy to work with. I would absolutely recommend this location.
