Went here one time for an alignment, waited an hour+ then they told me they can’t do alignment cus there waiting on parts for another vehicle on the alignment rack and promise me first thing the next Saturday. Next Saturday comes and they say they have no time for alignments that day I have to try another day. I was suppose to have an appointment from the previous week. Best service
I mean, if anything, the guy was super nice. That's a big change from most mechanics, and such a refreshing experience for me. Also, the place was simple but clean.
My wife brought in her 2020 Honda Civic with 50k miles in for a state inspection. They said she needed four new tires and new front brakes. I brought it to Pep boys the next weekend, and it passed inspection. There were no issues with the breaks or tires. That will be our last time going to this place.
I had a great experience! We needed new tires for our car and Scott gave me a fair price and had them installed the next day. Very happy! Try them.
