Very helpful and I mean very there lead guy Ted is super professional and very knowledgeable on his craft helped me with my issue in less then 10 minutes and didn't make me pay but instead gave me knowledge on how to handle the issue if anything like it happens again thank you !

I recently had to have my windshield wipers fixed after an unusually rough car wash. I wasn't sure what the problem was so I took it to my local Pepboys to find out and get an estimate. They told me the wiper's transmission needed to be replaced. The parts needed would cost $900+, around $250 for time & labor and if I dropped it off on Monday I could have it back by Wednesday. I had a very good experience working with Ted, replaced transmission and front heel drive axles within a week and the car feels very solid now. He is pleasant and easy to work with.
