I took my vehicle here for a second opinion after experiencing a vibration in the steering wheel at high speeds, even after having the tires 'balanced' at another shop. The first shop claimed it was due to a bad transmission mount. However, the team here checked it out and assured me the transmission mount was fine; the issue was actually with the wheel. I performed a service for the spark plugs and other services few weeks back and my car failed after a week, took the vehicle to the dealer and spark plugs were not changed at all, I was just charged for something that was not performed, not recommended. Edit, I added the pictures of the service performed in February 2025, I bought my car en January 2025 didn't have it last year and is the first time I service my car there.
