I took my VW here for repairs, but ultimately went somewhere else. My car had a major oil leak, and they were honest with me that they were having difficulty finding where exactly it was coming from. The guy who works the front desk is the most amazing guy and provides excellent customer service. I appreciate the honesty and great customer care. (I ended up getting the repairs at the dealership - it was a broken pcv valve, the upper timing cover seal, lower timing cover seal, and a cracked oil pan. It really was leaking from... read more
Great customer service from beginning to end. Also received a 1 year warranty and a nice pen. Thanks for great service. I will tell everyone I know and will be back with my other vehicles.
This place is my fix it vehicle. They know their job and they don't give you the run a round. Also, they are so friendly. If they can't fix it they will let you know. Thank you guys for taking care of your customers ❤️
Wonderful service and friendly staff. Mr. Mike was fantastic and friendly and more than accommodating to fix the problem. Would recommend and use this service again.
Service was terrible. I waited in the waiting room for 20 minutes as I was advised he was taking a phone call. Not once did he come and say anything to me. So I left after about 20 minutes.
