After calling around and getting help from family and friends I decided to have my wifes 2009 Grand Caravan towed to Aamco in Puyallup. Actually, they towed it for free. I knew it needed transmission work, because it wasn't shifting up out of 2nd gear. They did some diagnostic stuff, which was also free, and found that the solenoid pack for the transmission was not operating properly. My crew and I broke down just outside of Puyallup, WA in our 1997 Ford E250 van. We travel around the country servicing Malls with their lighting needs and it takes it's toll on our van. The owner, Kurt, went out of his way to make sure we were all taken care of while our van was being worked on, and got us fixed up without any delays to our tight schedule.
