Tried to scam my father!!! He took his truck in for some work. He explained that it was my parents only vehicle and that it needed fixed right away. Ryan at the front counter said the parts were only available from the Ford dealer, and was $750. Total estimate came to $998. Luckily, my father contacted me before having them do the work.
