I want to warn future customers about the terrible service I experienced at this location. The staff and owner demonstrated a profound lack of respect and professionalism. The customer service, from both the staff and the owner, was extremely rude and disrespectful. I took my business elsewhere where they value and treat their customers well.
I had a great experience at AAMCO! Lee, the owner, was wonderful to work with — he repaired my car very quickly and provided excellent service. Everything was smooth, professional, and friendly. I’ll definitely return for future repairs and highly recommend them to anyone needing reliable auto care.
My experience with amco and Mr Lee was absolutely 100% fabulous I appreciate that,
I took my car in for a Transmission change, gear change, oil change, mounts and brakes. This is my second time at this location and the manager (Lee) has been nothing but awesome. He kept me up to date with all progress relating to my insurance, parts and labor. Great customer service. Highly recommend this location.
The manager's treatment is terrible, with a terrible attitude, I really wouldn't go back to that place. because of the fault of a guy who doesn't have the slightest education and even less customer service.
