Aamco- updating to say I called Monday and told them I needed a diagnostic and a smoke test done. I was told to bring my car in on Thursday [today] and waited all day for my car to be checked. They called me at 430 to tell me their smoke machine is broken and they can't check where my leak is. I don't understand how they just noticed the machine was broken instead of saying it this AM at 8 when the car was dropped off. I came all the way from Syracuse a hour and half drive because I heard of these people being experts in transmissions. After a couple small shops told me I need a transmission to be replaced for thousands this location check it out and realized I didn’t and had no issues. These are the true experts and people you can count on for this work I will only recommend this place to any one I hear that has transmission issues and all my family no matter how far a drive.
The thing I like most about this location, everyone is friendly and professional. All the technicians, and owner, are always smiling and glad to be working there. And they do good work too. What else can you ask for?
Shawn and Vanessa were absolutely fantastic to work with. I needed a replacement transmission and the worked through all the headaches with Carshield to get everything approved. I would highly recommend them. They are great people to work with and do excellent work.
