Randy and Joe provided excellent customer support and my F150 was done right by the knowledgeable staff,I would recommend having your vehicle serviced at this location
Took my pickup to AAMCO for service on the transmission maybe a month, month and a half ago. Took it to have oil changed and was told that the pan bolt and was loose and another bolt was stripped. Called and spoke to Joe and he said I’d have to drop it off in the morning and leave it. I have a job and the pickup is my only transportation. How do I get to work? He said he didn’t know. The web site says 8-12 Saturday but he can’t do anything because their not really open
I have honestly never met someone as knowledgeable about cars while also providing such great customer service. Jon really knows how to pay close attention to detail when giving your car an accurate diagnosis while also creating a clear plan for fixing the issue.
