I took both my truck and my wife's car in for a routine transmission diagnostic. Courtland was very informative, and detailed in his explanation of the diagnosis. He never tried to sale me on a service not needed. There were absolutely no "pressure" tactics involved. If I ever need transmission work, I'd feel good about this place.
From what I can tell, this is the only shop that has figured out how to fix the Chevrolet 1500 transmission issue and they do a great job. I have pulled a 10,000 pound travel trailer with no issues up and down steep inclines in the mountains and on highways for around 85,000 miles with the repaired transmission from this shop. I’m extremely happy with the knowledge and professionalism from the shop.
