If you're a young woman they will scam and lie to you. Basically I took my car in for a diagnostic and asked several times before hand if it was free, right? Then they call me an hour or two later and say I'll be charged 160 for over 2 hours. Then they say oh well we put the thermostat in it's almost done.. then guess what? I have a bill of 300 something. Brought in my car first thing in the morning at 8:13 just to get a diagnostic. They said there was only 1 car in front of me and that it would only take 30 minutes to an hour. Well noon rolls around and they still haven’t called me. They kept saying they were looking at it now and we’ll call you back. 2 more hours roll by and now they’ve started ignoring my calls.
