Women beware, if you get a new transmission from this place it’s obviously under warranty, better hope that Nothing happens, because they will let your vehicle sit outside and claim they are too busy to fix it we will get to it next week. Apparently a sensor had gone out and because it was under their warranty and they wouldn’t be paid again they just let it sit for EIGHT weeks. Two entire months of trying to get rides to work. Sam and his team diagnosed my 4 runner and found the transmission was not bad. The were three things that did need fixed a I expected it to take a week. Imagine my surprise when 24 hours after saying fix it , I got a call saying it was ready to go. I am super happy with the work, speed and price. They do way more than just transmissions. Sam has earned my business with his honesty and integrity .
They estimated My labor to be out to $2700 whenever the actual dealership said it would be a $1300! Horrible customer service and very unprofessional and very rude to their customers. Especially if you know what you’re talking about Thankfully, I haven’t spent any money with them and I did my research on my own.
Awful transmission went out again after 3 months.
The guy named Sam that has been helping with my car has helped me out and has tried to do everything he could to help me they are awesome there. Thank you guys for the kindness and the help you all have done. Keep up the great service and for you going out your way to do what you could to help me get my car done and get the warranty approved.
