Terrible communication skills. They had my car for ~6 months (back ordered part so not their fault) and they almost never contacted me about updates, and when they did i'd get conflicting answers. I was told the part was shipped and would arrive early January, called in February to check up on it since they hadn't updated me and they told me it hadn't even shipped yet (something you should call and inform a customer about) Only time I ever got clear information was when my father or grandfather called them and then convenien... read more
Picked up car 4 days later than estimated, but price was fair and service was great. I'd still go back for transmission work in the future.
