I brought my F150 here last week and they looked over it and gave me a fair price. Although I decided to wait and consider if the truck is worth it or not. Matthew was hoping to do the work but he also understanding of my situation and didn’t pressure me at all. I left with the truck and they didn’t charge any money. I am very happy with this place. If I decided to go forward with the rebuild I will be back.
I called and talked to Matt when my transmission went out on my 2003 Dodge 3500 work truck, he was very easy to talk with and informed me they could repair my truck in a week. I dropped my truck off on 10/09 and picked it up on 10/18. Matt kept me up to date on repairs and parts the whole time and was very professional. The entire crew was very polite and professional. Took my manual 2000 Mazda B4000 here after it had a rebuilt transmission installed at the AAMCO in Roseburg. I was unhappy with it’s operation, performance and a loud sounds coming from under the vehicle. They found the problem in a timely manner, fixed it and were very friendly and professional throughout the process. Matthew, the office manager, was especially awesome.

Took my 2017 ford fusion here for a transmission check after a few months of getting from a dealership. Had no idea what would need to get done and they helped walk me through what all I may need. The gentleman at the front, Mathew, was extremely helpful breaking down the services, prices, and times for all the work needing to be done while answering all of my questions with great service. I would definitely recommend this shop for anyone who isn’t as much of a car person like me!
