If I could put zero stars I would. I took my car to this auto shop, because my check engine light came on and my car was driving funny. The prices me three different times. And settled on 1800. Just to get the car back and the check engine light came on the same day. Took the car back the next day. They said it drove fine and they cleared the code. Told me to drive slow. Next day light came on again. Called them and they said they would call me back. It’s been two days.
Please read the reviews. The positive reviews are from previous owners. Not sure how they are allowed to stay in business. Our transmission went out while visiting family. I saw the negative reviews, but we were in a bind. I took a chance and regret it. I brought our SUV to the shop to see if it was possibly something besides the transmission. Quoted me $7,200 for a rebuilt transmission. I told him, no thank. I would ship our Tahoe back home. Keith called me back 15 minutes later and said he would do it for $5,200. That's a ... read more
Horrible service do not trust them. STAY Away if you value your time and money. I do not understand why AAMCO is allowing these people to operate under their Brand. Emerald Auto. Charged additional 1000 dollars after I said I didn't want them to do the work. If you value your time and money I don't recommend them. shady shady
I was Overwhelmed with my Vehicle, but they're Fair and at this Time I'm Satisfied.
Owner is amazing person to work with, really enjoy my routing service on my vehicle, thank you guys.
