Very friendly and knowledgeable
This place is a total joke. My car was in the shop for four months due to needing a new engine. When I would call to get updates on the car, I would never get a response or they just wouldn’t answer the phone. I think they tried to take advantage of me because I was a woman, And I even spoke to the owner once or twice. When I would question the front desk guy Marvin, he was completely rude and so unprofessional that I don’t even know how he still has a job there. Very efficient, professional and friendly. I went in for both inspections and oil change and had an appointment for a 2 hour window. They completed all within an hour, and let me know I needed a door handle fixed to pass inspection. Marvin and Landon at the front office immediately scheduled me for an appointment to fix the door. Marvin had already ordered a door handle and quoted me a price that was very reasonable and much less than the dealership would have charged. Everything was completed within 2 days. Went there for the first time for state inspection. In and out in a very reasonable amount of time. One of the only places that has an area for you to wait while your car is being serviced.
