I dropped my car off for state inspection in the AM, car was ready before end of business same day. Marvin at the front counter was fair and willing to work with me. The price was great thanks to a special they were running.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. My experience has been negative from the start. I needed a new transmission for my Nissan and this specific aamco location came highly recommended to me. While leaving my car here I was never updated, and I seemed like a bother to Marvin whenever I would call in asking for one. Marvin specifically wanted to mansplain to me that a transmission replacement is not an easy fix. DO NOT TRUST AAMCO WITH CARVANA/SILVERROCK WARRANTY ISSUES!!!!! Took my 9 day old car from Carvana into the shop because Carvana referred me to them to be covered under the SilverRock warranty. Shop identified a failed engine that needed to be replaced. I got the same story for a month, they were fighting with SilverRock to get the issue resolved.
