DO NOT TRUST AAMCO WITH CARVANA/SILVERROCK WARRANTY ISSUES!!!!! Took my 9 day old car from Carvana into the shop because Carvana referred me to them to be covered under the SilverRock warranty. Shop identified a failed engine that needed to be replaced. I got the same story for a month, they were fighting with SilverRock to get the issue resolved. First and foremost, Marvin is amazing!. Thats number one. Reason, he walks you through everything and his customer service brings you back. Thank you Marvin for being you! So, it's been a while, but I have brought both my vehicles to them. My Focus, which is manual, needed the clutch replaced and possibly the flywheel.
