Edit: AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST IF YOU DONT WANNA LOSE YOUR MONEY. They told Groupon they provided the service WHICH THEY DID NOT so of course Groupon won’t refund. I have gotten my wheel alignment done several times before and no one has ever given this BS storyline that your wheels are seized and you need to pay $70 extra for loosen them. They get you in the shop with their cheap groupon prices then they tell you they can't do a simple alignment without the extra $70 labour cost (almost twice the groupon price) and when you refuse the extra charge, they will refuse to refund your groupon stating that it’s the labour for the alignment THAT WASN’T DONE. SCAMMERS!
Extremely disappointed with my experience at AAMCO. I had already paid online in advance for a wheel alignment, but they refused to perform the service over something as basic as a slightly rusted wheel nut. My car has been regularly maintained, and I recently had a new tire installed. Before they even started the alignment, they told me they were unable to loosen one of the wheel nuts. Highly recommend! I literally just left and these guys are great. The splash shield came loose on my car as I was driving and I just stopped in to see if I could have them take a look at it or make an appointment. I barely had to wait, Not only did they fix it for me on the spot, but they wouldn’t even charge me! You rarely find service like that anymore and it’s even more rare to find people that will do such a nice thing for you. If I can leave a negative star I definitely would. where even start, the front counter Marvin treated my wife so disrespectful and talk down to her every time they spoke. we called there alot during the 4 weeks they had her ford edge because Marvin told her every time tomorrow it will be done when it finally was done he called her and said come get it now or I'll keep calling you over and over until you pick it up.
