October 7, 2015 had an appointment to get transmission flushed and trans filter replaced in my 2002 Explorer Sport Trac w/ over 170K miles on it and fluid was black (smelled burnt). 1 of their techs drove it claiming it had a 1-2 and 2-3 shift flare. Truck drove fine getting there. They tell me they can't do the flush unless they drop the transmission to inspect the internal parts which was several hundred dollars more.
