Their system doesn't work on weekends. I mean, it does, but for some reason, it doesn't keep your appointment, so AAMCO personnel have no idea that you are coming.
Horrible experience. Dropped my jeep of on a Monday morning , and let them know that it was not turning over , and was told to expect a call back regarding the issues . I did not receive a call , I had to reach out on my own a day later , only to be told the same things I told them when I dropped the vehicle off , that the vehicle would not turn over . Came to do an oil change today and Frank was an amazing person he explained everything about the difference between the oil and which is better to use. Do to our 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan SXT uses Semi Synthetic Oil. We really appreciated all his help in explaining it all. Great customer service I would recommend to family and friends. Thank you Frank for all your help.
First off let me begin by saying I would highly recommend this place 10/10 to get your car serviced and fixed. I got my transmission replaced last year and have not had any issues. this guy's don't know what they're talking about whit out knowing anything they just blurted out a price for a simple drain and fill that was twice what the actual dealer be careful
