The service at this location in Crest Hill was so disappointing. This is my fourth time coming back to this location for the same code. The manager Jeff said it’s another part that I need to get and that might fix the problem. If it works I have to pay for another part. I already paid for a part the first visit I came in; which was supposed to have fixed the check engine light. I use my van for work. Each visit I have my van in the shop I’m not able to make money. The service at this location was soooo disappointing. I use my van for work I went back three times within a three week period for the same problem. The customer service was so bad. I asked for a refund so I could go to another place where the problem can get be fixed and the manager told me to google the corporate office and call them.
I highly recommend this place 100%!!! I was financially devastated and Miguel came through with a plan to help me back on the road. 2 Days later I’m back driving!!! Thanks AAMCO!!
Miguel is very nice and explains everything top to bottom even fees. They were fast and got me in and out in a reasonable time as someone who had to sit and wait! Thanks all your help! I'm giving 5 stars for customer service! I ultimately didn't get the repair because it was going to be more than what I paid for the vehicle.
