Jeff is awesome ! Came here couple years ago for a transmission And today they helped me with a sound I heard. Great service
I spent $5600 to rebuild my transmission and it is worse now than before the work was done. It shifts improperly, hesitates vibrates and is awful to drive. I brought the vehicle back to them 3 times after the rebuild and their mechanic continues to state that there is nothing wrong. He even went for a test drive with me on my last visit, verified the issues then lied to his manager stating it's my tires. This is absolutely false. 500/10 stars. Tom and Steve did great. Got me in same day and was able to fix a problem where earlier in the day I was quoted double by another repair shop. Super happy with outcome.
STAY AWAY!!!! If I could give negative stars I would!!! I myself work in customer service with the public, and the effort and efficiency of this location is atrocious. They have had my car for 4 months now, we purchased a certified preowned transmission replacement and they have put 4 different transmissions in it and have no idea why it isn’t working, grasping at straws telling me something completely different every time they finally answer the phone. STAY AWAY. If I could give negative stars I would. They’ve had my car for 3 months, 4 transmission replacement attempts and still nothing is working. They are making rookie mistakes and obviously do not maintain any appropriate standards. Their customer service is horrendous, with zero consistency and transparency with what is actually going on.
