I family related brought his car here, it took a week for them to replace the transmission! When they called my friend to pick up the car they were like “ come n get it now” When he went to pick it up he could not drive test it since it was lots of traffic! When he was arriving home the check engine light came up, he right away called since it was almost closing time and he was told to bring it back the next day. It’s going to be almost 3 weeks and the car is not ready! This is very poor customer service!
Roosevelt was very professional, friendly, and helpful. The staff educated me on the issues I had with my car and provided me with options. Definitely would come back with any future issues.
Great customer service. But fail an informing the customer when checking a transmission 430$ they put back the same seal and transmission fluid. My car never leak after the job it leak I called them they told me bring back .after spending 5hours I got my car worst then before. Why did it leaked if it never did before. Why my questions why didn't the man .inform me hey we going to check it but it might leak cause we put back the original seal or we can replace it with new one .
