First I would like to say thank you to Jimmy who stayed in communication with me in regards to parts being delayed and a time frame to have my vehicle. Truly thankful that he still went far out to get the part(s) needed to have my car back in a certain time frame! Obviously brakes, pads, rotors, calibers, hoses, etc are not cheap. So thank you again for their service!
I showed up here and Jimmy was absolutely miraculous! I had a service reminder for an oil change, transmission fluid, and transfer case fluid check.... turned out that I didn't need the transfer case fluid change or transmission fluid, and instead of charging me like they could have... they only told me to change the oil. When they discovered some issues, they helped me understand what was wrong and what issues to prioritize. Roosevelt and Jimmy were so helpful they got my vehicle up and running for an affordable price. I recommend bringing your vehicle in for any service they can help you.
Needed all my fluids changed called around for quotes. Had a bad experience here before but decided to give the shop another try since it was a different guy named jimmy . Super helpful and knowledgable roosevelt was able to answer all questions that i had as well . I would use this shop again. Happy to say those guys changed my opinion on this place and i will be back for future maintenience
