Spent about 5k trying to get a working transmission that was never really repaired. They tried 3 times. Yes that’s 3 rebuilds with the third only lasting a few months. When I brought it back they kept it for two weeks then told me they’re not going to fix it because it’s been too long from the first time I brought it in. I got a total of about 30,000 miles from all three rebuilds and now I still have a vehicle with a broken transmission. Do I pay another transmission shop to do it right? This is my second experience with this shop and I have been impressed with the service and quality in both cases. They offer fair prices for repairs as well as give options for the best route to take care of your vehicle. Adam is a standout person who will give thorough information about the repair process. I will be returning for any repairs I need in the future and would encourage others to go here as well.
Very professional, honest and quick. Used aamco many times for a number of vehicles. They've always done me good.
Great place. Honest and extremely helpful. Unfortunately, I didn't have any work done there. But it didn't cost me a cent for them to look at it and recommend I bring it to the dealership. Last thing I wanted to do. But here I go. Didn't cost anything for good advice. Bravo!
