Beware!!! They will definitely take advantage of women, and will not take responsibility for their errors. I have been trying to resolve an issue with them for over 6 months or more. Avoid at all cost this location!!!! Update coming, waiting for upper management to respond to a previous request. Transmission was good, its what they did during and after to my car.
I recently had my 2026 Honda Pilot in for a transmission diagnostics check (and a 2nd opinion). Joseph did an amazing job of explaining our situation and walking us through our options. His clear overview and path forward really put our minds at ease. His solution also covered our budgetary concerns, which was very much appreciated. That level of care and helpfulness will keep us coming back for all our future automotive needs.
My jeep had a check engine light come on just after Christmas 2024. So I brought it here in January of 25. Had the transmission completely replaced for over 6k. And it kept having the check engine light come back on several timestimes over several months only to be told that there was nothing that they could do because it was a wiring issue not a transmission issue.
