I would give these guys zero stars if possible. I took my 2017 Armada in for a new transmission on 3/28 and I am still dealing with a faulty trans. My warranty company authorized a brand new Nissan transmission for $10K, these idiots put in a rebuilt aftermarket trans that is slipping worse than my old one. The owner tried saying Nissan does not sell new transmissions, which is a lie, and that it was all these other parts that need to be fixed, not the transmission itself. If I could give ZERO STARS I wish I could they certainly do NOT deserve 1 star. I had issues with my transmission still under warranty from the car dealership I purchased at and I got a transmission replaced by AAMCO BROOMALL which my warranty company covered 2 grand and myself the rest. It came back worse when I got it back then when I sent it to them! Bought my car in after having transmission issues, and they were able to fix it. And the owner offered to give me a free oil change due to the service taking a bit longer than expected. So all in all it's pretty good service.
AAMCO,South Sproul rd for service. I need a diagnostics done to my vehicle, and reliable professional mechanic shop to work with my warranty company. The owner assured me that he has worked with that warranty company before and he can get my car fixed. The first red flag, the owner does not know how to communicate. DO NOT! I REPEAT, DO NOT take your vehicle to this place! Very unprofessional and they hold your vehicle HOSTAGE! My car has been in this shop OVER a year now. My calls get ignored and the customer service is terrible. I don't care if they say the service is free, look the other way. Save yourself the stress! I wouldn’t even give this place one star.
