This place is a joke. They charged my husband $184 for a full diagnostic and said they fixed the problem, but they didn't. The transmission was literally back leaking the next day AFTER getting it back from them. Had to take it to someone else. This place is far from having professionals. So, I highly recommend going anywhere but here for your transmission needs.
Very disappointed with the type of work they do. Their mechanics are not well trained and they charge too much money. I wouldn’t call them transmission specialists for sure. Go somewhere else.
Take days to get to your vehicle so if you only have one means of transportation go elsewhere.
Thought we had a transmission problem, local dodge dealers wouldn't run a scan for me. I called around and these guys said bring it over, I did close to closing, and they checked it in. They called early next morning saying transmission was fine and what the problem was. I am grateful they fit me in as we were traveling and 1000 miles from home. All of Laurel was just a pleasure to do business with! One of the mechanics they and the local taxi service recommended fixed it up straight away! Thanks!
