Honest tech help
I never write reviews about any place unless I am really upset or angry... I left my car here last week being told that it will be done by the end of the week. I’ve called multiple times per day just because these guys kept telling me they would call me back and NEVER DID ONCE. They kept saying everytime that they will talk to their mechanic and then they would get back to me... two days pass no call back. So I repeatly called back until they stopped answering. I called ahead of time and spoke to Mr. Lee, he was very helpful and took time to answer my questions in detail and never got frustrated. Very professional, every employee was looking to help in some way. I received an oil change, replaced my rotors and brake pads, and replaced my gasket. Ms. Jessica was very knowledgeable and kept me updated on the progress. Would highly recommend this establishment.
