Called to ask about hours and to work out an appointment to get my truck fixed. Scott picked up and sounded like he did not want to be there at all. If bad customer service happens over the phone on my first call, I wouldn't want them touching my truck to see what service I get in person

Stop by to get basic advice on my transmission. Left wishing that he had a place in Portland where I live. If I lived in Astoria this guy would be my mechanic.
My car had an issue when I was on vacation. Scott seemed to be very knowledgeable and kind. I was told that my car couldn't be fixed because the part wasn't available. So I had my car towed 1000 miles away to southern California. It cost $2000.00 to tow it that far. After I got it home, Honda told me it's a busted transmission pan and the same day my car was back in the road. Scott obviously never looked at my car. His laziness cost me $ 2k.
