I dropped off my car here for a diagnostic concerning a fluid leak. The next morning I received a call back, assuring me the cause of the leak was a simple loose oil drain plug and oil filter, the issue was totally fixed, and it was no longer leaking. I picked my car up to find, after only 30 minutes of being home, that there was still a leak. I called and the man said it was “residual” and to run it through a car wash and it would be fine.
