Took my car in for a transmission rebuild. Paid almost $6K and then discovered my rear bumper was bashed in. Not a word was said about it and they tried hide it by leaving it backed in the rear parking lot. After a week of dealing with the incompetent staff at the shop, we were contacted by the owner. He assured us it would get fixed and took the blame since it happened on his property. More back and forth for another week. I was told to find a repair shop and get an estimate. So I did. From the very first time I called the shop to the day my car was ready for pickup……. Lindsay was so patient & informative & showed genuine concern & understanding for my situation.She was prompt to return my call or text message. In a world where good customer service is hard to find…. Lindsay went above & beyond the norm. My mechanic, Will, did a marvelous job getting my Jeep back on the road. I’ll be telling my friends about their superior service…. And will use this team for my own needs in the future!
