I had such a wonderful experience at this service center! My check engine light came on in my 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee, and my first reaction was to take it to a Jeep Dealership. After running the diagnostic tests, they said my transmission needed replaced, which would be about $5000. I came to Aamco for a second opinion and they made a painful process so much easier. Highly recommend this gentleman's shop for both diagnostic and repair. Service was impeccable and I got the impression he genuinely cared about our situation...very rare in today's world. The guys at AAMCO are men of integrity. They found multiple leaks in my car that resulted them in having to keep my car longer than expected multiple times, which caused more parts needing to be replaced than the original quote, but they only charged a reasonable price above the original quote and didn’t make me pay for all of the extra work. I don't write many reviews, but I had to write about the excellent service I received at the AAMCO Falls Church. I had a clutch issue with my Jeep Wrangler, so I took it to a local auto shop in Arlington which quoted me an extremely high price to replace parts that I suspected were not broken. So I took it to Tommy at AAMCO, they had it fixed in two days, and only replaced the clutch, and not other unnecessary parts that worked fine.
