I wish I did not have to give any star rating. AAMCO deserves no star. Stay far away from AAMCO especially the one in Henderson, NV they are all about the money, they are really crooks who say they get parts from dealerships and when you ask the dealership about the part AAMCO purchased they have no record of any clutch part bought by AAMCO. My sister took her car to Carmax and Carmax towed to AAMCO, AAMCO said needed clutch then the engine was torn apart and the transmission. They had car for 6 weeks, when she went to final... read more
I took my 2005 Ford Explorer in to Aamco because it was slipping. I didn't have an apt but Steve the Mgr. got right to it gave gave me an estimate with in 2 hrs. As with any repair I'm never happy about the news, but Steve explained everything in detail and let me know about when to expect to be done. It was done on time and for exactly what Steve quoted.
