I had problems with my transmission after it was serviced and reinstalled so I went by to ask questions and get possible ideas for me to try to work towards a remedy for the situation. Instead of being helpful and giving me ideas for a possible solution, the technician stood there with his arms crossed and said, "we didn't mess up, you put the transmission in backwards". Aamco in Fredericksburg was great to work with! Had to replace my transmission, which no one wants to do, but they exceeded my expectations and compared to others the price and warranty was very good! Great folks!
The shop on Backlick in Springfield, VA, was disgusting. The office and shop were dirty and in need of repair. Loud music was playing in the shop. Upon arrival, the front office door was locked, so I walked in the bay door. I was eventually greeted by a guy in flip-flops on. I was not getting my Genesis serviced there.
Honest.
My check engine light was on and the crew at Aamco checked everything out and explained in detail the potential problems. All for no charge. I highly recommend them.
