Took my Ford Explorer for a follow up to some work that was covered under warranty on a previous repair, and clearly wrote on their work order to go over warranty work ONLY. Their mechanic went further than what the warranty work was and I was charged a 180.00 diagnostic fee which I was never told about it all the conversations I had with them, which also they can go back and listen to per their "all calls are recorded". I went in 2 weeks ago and was told I needed a transmission, dropped $4000, still waiting on transmission. It is a possibility could be here next week or not, was told I may need to pay for other stuff, like seals etc. after they start putting it in, thinking I will be nickle and dimed, even more after I get it and they start putting it in, which could be a few more weeks. I am very dissatisfied with this place and would not recommend.
